Henri's Homecoming 2019 AMBASSADOR Program

Thank you for your interest in the Henri’s Homecoming 2019 Ambassador Program!

To enter, please submit your name, age, address, height, social media usernames, a few of your best photos (NO filters, please!) and a short bio about yourself to models@henris.com. All shapes and sizes are welcome to enter!

Winners will receive a free homecoming dress, a two-day photo shoot with professional hair & makeup, photography, videography and styling.

Entries must be received in full by Monday, June 3rd, 2019 at 10:00am EST. Good luck!

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES: This contest is sponsored and administered by Henri’s Cloud Nine, hereby “Henri’s,” located at 110 North Market Street, Minerva, Ohio, 44657. By entering this contest, contestants automatically agree to be bound by the terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) of this contest as listed herein.

Dates of Promotion: The contest will begin on Friday, May 16, 2019 and ends Monday, June 3rd at 10:00am EST (“Promotion Period”). Please note that this date may be extended in accordance to Henri’s discretion. Ambassador Finalists, selected by Henri’s creative team, will be announced on Henri’s Instagram (@Henri’sCloud9) on or by June 7th, 2019.

Who Can Enter:

Contestants must be between 14 and 20 years of age and must be legal residents of the United States (“Contestants”).

How to Enter:

During the Promotion Period, contestants must enter the contest by emailing their name, age, address, height, social media usernames, at least one photo, and a short bio to models@henris.com.
Only one (1) entry per valid email address will be accepted.
Valid entries must contain all the information requested and must be received on or before June 3, 2019 at 10:00am EST.

How to Win:

Winners will be selected at the sole discretion of Henri’s creative team based on the photos and bio submitted.
Winners will be notified by email and will have three (3) business days to confirm their availability as required in the email. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture and Henri’s shall have the right to cancel the award and/or select a replacement Ambassador.
Ambassadors are responsible for their own transportation and lodging and MUST be available to travel to Columbus, Ohio for photo and video shoot on Saturday, June 15 and Sunday, July 16, 2019.
If an Ambassador cannot participate in photo and video shoot for any reason, Henri’s reserves the right to disqualify the Ambassador and/or appoint another contestant as a replacement.

Prizes:

Prizes will be awarded in the form of store credit totalling $400.00 per Ambassador.
Photo and video shoot will take place in Columbus, Ohio on Saturday, June 15 and Sunday, July 16, 2019.
Ambassadors will work with a professional hair and make up team to achieve the look desired by Henri’s creative team. Henri’s will be responsible for hair and makeup for Saturday, June 15 and Sunday, July 16, 2019 only.
Prizes are not redeemable for cash, but may be transferable to another person with the expressed written consent of a member of Henri’s creative team.

ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE), AND ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED.

Disclaimers:

Henri’s reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, amend, extend or suspend the contest at any time without giving any prior notice to any party.
Henri’s reserves the right to disqualify and prohibit from participating any individual who Henri’s determines is or is attempting to (i) tamper with Henri’s website or social media accounts at any part of the contest, (ii) intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants or Henri’s employees or affiliates; and/or (iii) otherwise violating these Terms & Conditions.

Unlimited use:

All pictures produced by Henri’s in this contest shall be for unlimited use by Henri’s, its affiliates, departments, members and the like, including, but not limited to, advertising, promotions, editorials, documentaries, social media marketing, email marketing, print advertisements, broadcasts and any other publication.

Henri’s shall hold full and unlimited copyrights and ownership to all pictures of this contest in accordance with any applicable law, including U.S. Copyright Act 17 U.S.C §201(b) and §101. Except as otherwise prohibited or restricted herein, Contestants shall have the right to use the images taken of them in the Ambassadors’ own personal portfolios.
Ambassadors agree that at no time will the Henri’s name, nicknames, logos or symbols or any other identifying marks, be used in commercials, advertisements or any other publication or broadcast without the Henri’s prior written consent.

Use of Personal Information:

By entering this contest, you are allowing Henri’s and its affiliates and members to use your name, image, photos, video and other information you have provided.
Henri’s will retain Ambassador’s personal data for a reasonable period of time to enable it to communicate and coordinate with all winners with respect to the logistics of each event. This data may be passed to a third party solely to enable such third party to fulfill any necessary requirements relating to the transportation, lodging and/or delivery of a prize or for the coordination of all events with the subsequent venues.
By participating, where allowed by law, all winners grant Henri’s and its members exclusive permission to announce their name on Henris.com and on Henri’s official social media accounts.

Releases:

By participating in the contest, each Contestant and Ambassador waives any and all claims of liability against Henri’s, its employees, members and affiliates, any applicable third party fulfillment service, and each of their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the contest, or from the award, receipt and/or use or misuse of any prize.
Henri’s, and its respective employees, members and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage or any injury that may be sustained by anyone at any of the subsequent events or in connection with this contest.

Miscellaneous:

Contest is null and void in any jurisdiction where prohibited by law.
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.
Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Winning a prize is contingent upon entrant’s fulfillment of all requirements set forth herein.
